Terms of Service

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the APIs, developer sandboxes, SDKs, or services provided by Sukunmi Inc. ("Sukunmi"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

02. Business & Financial Data

You maintain all right, title, and interest in and to any financial data, bank records, invoices, and accounting inputs you submit to Sukunmi ("Customer Data"). You grant Sukunmi a limited license to process, parse, normalize, and reconcile Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the services.

03. Authorized Use & API Limits

You agree not to reverse engineer the Sukunmi graph engine, circumvent rate limits, or use the platform for unauthorized intelligence scraping. Sukunmi reserves the right to throttle or suspend API keys that threaten system stability.

04. AI Inference & Automated Reconciliation

Sukunmi provides probabilistic and deterministic entity matching tools to accelerate reconciliation. While designed for high accuracy, the customer remains responsible for final financial audits and general ledger filings.

05. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sukunmi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the infrastructure services.

06. Governing Law & Contact
